Guidelines and Restrictions for Use of the Kohl's Frozen Custard & Jumbo Burgers, Inc.^® Logo


1. Logos that appear or are available on the Kohl's Frozen Custard & Jumbo Burgers, Inc.^® website are intended for use, with permission, only by the media, Kohl's Frozen Custard & Jumbo Burgers, Inc.^® franchisees and Kohl's Frozen Custard & Jumbo Burgers, Inc.^® vendors.

2. The logos may only be used in obvious connection with a published article or broadcast news story about Kohl's Frozen Custard & Jumbo Burgers, Inc.^® or in printed materials for events that directly involve the Kohl's Frozen Custard & Jumbo Burgers, Inc.^® as a host or sponsor. The logos may not be used to endorse any product or service.
