We searched long and hard to find just the right beef patty to use for our Jumbo Burgers. In fact, we actually ended up developing our own patty using the very strict standards we had put in place because there was nothing available from food suppliers that met our demands.

After perfecting the Jumbo Burger, we went looking for the best Hot Dog. We were not satisfied with a run-of-the-mill dog for our customers. Once again, although the dogs our suppliers offered were good, they just weren't good enough. So, we began researching and testing hot dogs and hot dog makers around the country and we finally found what we were looking for - the Sabretts^® hot dog! These dogs are simply the best dogs anywhere! No preservatives, never frozen, no fillers or extenders, just a great dog. When we tasted them and learned about the quality and care that went into the manufacturing process, we were convinced that we had made the right decision.

The same process we used for choosing our burgers and dogs is used for all food items that we add to our menu. Our desire is to provide our customers with food that is above the norm, food that has outstanding taste and value, not just bulk that will fill a spot in your belly.

It is important for you to know that when you order you meal at Kohl's Frozen Custard and Jumbo Burgers, your order is cooked fresh every time! We don't have precooked meals sitting around. We realize this may add a few minutes to your dining experience, but our customers know our food is worth it! That's why Kohl's has some of the best and most loyal customers anywhere!
